At first, I thought about moving to the countryside near Tokyo, but when I happened to visit the area with an acquaintance, I was drawn to this house that stood alone in the mountains with absolutely no houses around it, and for some reason I was instinctively attracted to it. ...... In the Tokyo metropolitan area where I used to live, bread was often on the dinner table on a daily basis, and there were naturally bread connoisseurs who were interested in a variety of breads, including hard breads, but here, soft white bread sold on the market was the mainstream, and bread itself was positioned as a \"snack\" rather than a meal.
