I want to create businesses and facilities that not only develop human resources so that they can confidently enter society, but also make people yearn to work here.

He used to work as a clerk at a confectionery store in Miyazaki City, but returned to his hometown to help his mother and family who were struggling to support his hearing-impaired father.
Now, the family has united to realize their new dream of "helping people with various disabilities who are struggling to find work," and opened "Nijiiro," a multifunctional support center for continuous employment Type A and Type B. In order to open a business, they first needed to establish a business track record, so they launched the production studio "Sorairo" to introduce "Ohisama Cheese Manju," which was developed as part of the work at the welfare workshop where his mother and brother used to work. In addition to developing premium cheese buns with dried tomatoes and peppers, he has also invented a variety of baked sweets.
The Tajiri family thought, "If we have a well-known product, it will not only serve as a billboard for our facility, but also make people long for the chance to try making it. The Tajiri family began selling their products in Takachiho, and then gradually worked hard to increase the name recognition of their products by participating in product events and department store events. Several years later, they finally decided to open "Nijiiro," a multifunctional support center for continuous employment support Type A and Type B. They were also particular about the "location" of the center.
Generally, you will find work shops and other facilities located a bit far from the center of town, but they decided to open their own facility along the main street of the town so that many people would know about their activities and the users could open their hearts and minds to people passing by. This is why they decided to open a new facility at their current location.
Currently, Mr. Tajiri is supporting users as a vocational instructor by preparing "Ohisama Cheese Manju", making pamphlets, and assisting other facilities. In addition, a corner facing the main street of Takachiho has been set up as "Choi Cafe Nijiiro," an eat-in space that offers a set menu of Ohisama Cheese Manju and drinks, as well as coffee and tea of their own blend, to help users learn "customer service.
Mr. Tajiri.
We have many people who want to work but have various problems, such as mental disabilities that make them anxious about society, or they are motivated but cannot find employment, or they work too much and get sick, etc. We want to make it easy for these people to come to our office. We would like to make our office a place where such people can feel free to come. The café is an important place for users to come into contact with people other than the staff of the office, and an important place where they can strive to return to society with confidence. I strongly hope to be there for the users by teaching them how to serve customers here until they become independent and one day become capable of carrying out service work in restaurants, sales stores, and other places. To this end, we strive to teach them how to do everything from daily cleaning to brewing drinks and talking with customers with a smile so that they can enjoy their time with us. I want to create an atmosphere and activities that will make people wish to 'do their best here and work here' after seeing us and the activities of our users."
