Geminids meteor shower in 2017

The Geminids meteor shower reached its "maximum," the best time to see the Geminids meteor shower, from December 13 to 14.

The Geminids meteor shower is characterized by the fact that more meteors can be seen every year than other meteor showers, and they can be seen relatively early in the day. This year, the weather was fine, and in the clear winter sky, the meteors started streaming around 9:00 a.m., and by the time the date changed, countless meteors could be observed.

A momentary vertical glow is a meteor. The slow light trails in the horizontal direction are airplanes, and the ones coming and going at the bottom are fishing boats.
